The recent launch of Google Page Speed Service comes with a test service to compare your site with and without Google Page Speed Service. However, is your site already better off?

I was lucky enough to attend eZ's 2010 Winter Conference in Geneva, where Damien Pobel gave a great overview of what you could do to improve the front-end performance of your client sites. His slides are available here: http://www.slideshare.net/SmileOpenSource/frontend-performances. Google tries to do a lot of this automatically and is also free for the time being. But, you might notice that everything Google Page Speed Service accomplishes was already outlined in that presentation...
